Orifice compound pressure screen
The hole-slot compound pressure sieve adopts a down-flow method for feeding. When the slurry enters the first screening area (hole sieve) from the upper part, it is a rough selection method, and a light discharge is provided at the top of the rough selection area. The fine pulp after the rough selection enters the slurry mixing dilution zone between the rough selection zone and the selection zone. In the dilution area, the washing water (white water or clear water) from the outside of the equipment is thoroughly mixed with the fine pulp after the rough selection so that the slurry concentration reaches the requirements of the fine screen and enters the selection area (slit screen). The tail slag generated after the rough separation is discharged through the slag discharge port at the center of the equipment for another treatment. The good pulp that has entered the selection area is screened by a slot screen to reach the pulp quality and used in the next process. The tailings generated after the selection are processed separately through the lower slag discharge port of the equipment.
A composite screen can replace a coarse screen and a fine screen, and has the following advantages:
